TRAVAINI, TRO 500S-1A ... 40 HP; liquid ring vacuum pump; 16,245 Hours.IMPORTANT BIDDING NOTE: This lot is also part of Lot #002, which is a bulk lot consisting of Lots #002A & #002B, … If the individual bid amounts for Lots #002A, #002B, total more than the bulk bid amount for Lot #002, then Lots #002A & #002B, … will be awarded to the high bidder of each lot.Specifications & Features:Nominal capacity 500 ACFM @ 20" HgV; max Vacuum 27" HgV. Pump materials include cast iron housing, ductile iron impeller and stain less steel shaft. Shaft seals are carbon face with viton elastomers. 40 HP, 230/460 Volt, 3-Phase, 60 Hz, TEFC mono block assembly for direct drive, no field alignment needed. Sealing fluid re-circulating system includes reservoir of carbon steel with fluid level guage and drain, high efficiency discharge separator and over sized heat exchanger. High temp switch to protect against over temp operation.- Complete with charge of Dynalube fluid. Suction line accessories include inlet check valve, vacuum guage (0 - 30" HgV), inlet filter assembly, manual unloader valve and vacuum relief valve. Heat exchanger is air cooler type made from aluminium and extended surface fins. Electrical controls include: Starter/overload reset, pump running light, hour meter, hi-temp light and terminal blocks, all mounted in a NEMA 12 cabinet. The amps @ 230 Volt = 104; the amps @ 460 Volt = 52 amps.
