Overtime |
If a bid is made during the final (5) minutes of the item's scheduled time in the auction, the auction clock will be reset to (5) minutes until ALL bidding ceases. |

Currency |
All bidding is in US-Dollars; payment must be in US-Currency. CDN Bidders and Buyers, will also be charged the applicable sales taxes such as GST, PST, and HST for Canadian Auction Events. |

Buyer's Premium |
Buyer agrees to pay EXFA a 0.0% Buyer's Premium for each successful high bid purchase. In the event the Buyer elects to pay using a Credit Card rather than Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Company Check, Buyer will be charged a 3% Administrative Fee. |

Processing Fee |
Buyer agrees that all transactions are subject to a $ 25 Processing Fee for all items purchased on the same calendar day in the same auction event. |

Payment |
Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 3rd business day following the receipt of Invoice.
NOTES: In the event the Buyer elects to make payment by accepted Credit Cards, a 3% Administrative Fee will be added.
Credit Card payments are limited to …US-$ 20,000. Only Credit Cards issued by a US or Canadian Financial Institutions are accepted. Upon receipt of Invoice, you may use our Credit Card Payment Gateway for payment.NOTE: Canadian Credit Card payments will be processed as USD. |

Inspection |
Offered equipment is available for inspection by appointment with a minimum of (36) hours notice unless otherwise stated. |
