Description:

3-Head, 43" Width cap. (2) orbital heads and (1) brush head. 1st and 2nd Orbital heads, with (1) 7" wide platen each for a total of 2 platens, each platen features "dual action", combined high speed orbit with back & forth oscillation to remove cross grain scratches. Quick change abrasive platens, (2) 5 HP oscillation motors. 3rd Head: Outfeed denibbing brush, 10" dia. with single end hand wheel height adjustment, 2 HP motor. conveyor belt feed with variable feed speed 5 - 20 FPM, vacuum bed bed assembly with 15 HP suction fan, infeed and outfeed rubber covered holdowns. Motorized thickness adjustment with automatic part thickness set-up, 0" to 6" opening with LED readout, feed speed indicator, 24" infeed loading area, and controls mounted on door side, requires 3,100 CFM for dust extraction.
