CS-86PAAU is a specially designed Automatic shaper to make all the parts for raised-panel doors utilizing one spindle without having to change knives and or cutter-heads, to produce all components, (rail stile, panel).The 6" high stackable spindle with 3 pneumatic stops are easily and accurately positioned.Rigid construction and cast iron table & base for makes for a durable machine for high production and accuracy.Table movements from right to left are hydraulic powered to achieve smooth machining. Table movements in and out are pneumatic powered to follow the template.Heavy-duty air pistons hold the work pieces securely preventing any unwanted movement.Proximity switches control the cutting stroke for fast and accurate production cycle times.Two separate stops work for rail, stile or panel arch cutting positions.
