60" x 120" Heavy Duty fixed bridge, moving table machine in a front-to-back configuration, machined 2" thick solid cast aluminum, single-zone vacuum table.

Equipped with:
(1) 10 HP, air-cooled, "BT-30" type ATC spindle, 8-station tool carousel, variable spindle speed from 6,000 - 18,000 RPM.

All axes:
Ride on THK linear guideways, closed-loop AC Servo motors drive precision preloaded ball screws for positioning tolerances of 0.001" & 1,250 IPM rapid traverse rates. - Automatic lubrication system to service all ball screws & way bearings.

Control:
GE/FANUC "PC" Control 10.4" high-resolution CRT, (3) axes simultaneous control, linear & circular interpolation, RS-232 port, and handheld controller.
