Description:

KOMO VR 512 2-Head 5' x 12' CNC Router:

60" x 144" Moving table, Heavy Duty fixed bridge machine in a front-to-back configuration with a 2" thick solid cast aluminum table.

Equipped with:
(2) 12 HP collet style tooling up to 3/4", variable speed from 6,000 - 18,000 RPM. (1) 7.5 HP piggyback head - collet style tooling up to 1/2" variable spees from 6,000 - 18,000 RPM, (1) Vertical Drill Unit - independently actuated, piggy back mounted and (1) Gang boring block - (motor is bad and needs replaced)

All axes:
Ride on THK linear guide ways with motion provided by closed-loop AC Servo motors driving precision preloaded ball screws, delivering positioning tolerances of 0.001" and 1,200 IPM rapid traverse rates. All ball screw and way bearings are serviced by an automatic lubrication system.

Control:
GE/FANUC "OMC" Series computer control with: 9" High resolution CRT, (3) axes simultaneous control, linear & circular interpolation, RS-232 port, hand held controller.

Features:
Background editing, self-diagnostic, canned cycles, absolute & incremental programming, cutter & tool length compensation, and feed rate & spindle speed override.

Note there is no vacuum pump.

	Overtime	If a bid is made during the final (5) minutes of the item's scheduled time in the auction, the auction clock will be reset to (5) minutes until ALL bidding ceases.

	Buyer's Premium	Buyer agrees to pay EXFA a 12.5% Buyer's Premium for each successful high bid purchase. In the event the Buyer elects to pay using a Credit Card rather than Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Company Check, Buyer will be charged a 3% Administrative Fee.


	Processing Fee	Buyer agrees that all transactions are subject to a $ 25 Processing Fee for all items purchased on the same calendar day in the same auction event.


	Payment	Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 3rd business day following the receipt of Invoice. NOTES: In the event the Buyer elects to make payment by accepted Credit Cards, a 3% Administrative Fee will be added. Credit Card payments are limited to …US-$ 20,000. Only Credit Cards issued by a US or Canadian Financial Institutions are accepted. 	Inspection	Offered equipment is available for inspection by appointment with a minimum of (36) hours notice unless otherwise stated.

Loading Types	Buyer is responsible for all loading costs associated with this lot. If this item is described as "Buyer Self-Loading", you will need to bring your own labor to load or make the proper arrangements. Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.
