ANDI STRATOS SUP 5 X 10 CNC Router with ATC & Boring with only (473) hours:61" x 120" Vacuum table w/Phenolic resin top; axis stroke: X-axis is 120", Y-axis is 61" and Z-axis is 8"; fixed table - moving gantry. Equipped with:(1) 10 HP Router with oil mist lubrication, infinitely variable 1,000 - 18,000 RPM spindle speed, controlled by 13 KVA inverter; 8-position carousel type automatic tool changer with "ISO-30" tool holders. Boring unit:(1) (11) spindle boaring block with (9) vertical and (2) horizontal. All axes:Move on profile way bearing systems and are driven by precision ball screws with anti-backlash ball nuts for rapid feed-rates up to 945 IPM on the X- & Y-axis, 236 IPM on Z-axis. Control:FANUC "21i-mb" CNC Controller with: 9" CRT Screen display, RS-232 interface in separate free-standing control console. Controller features:Linear, circular & helical interpolation; automatic acceleration & deceleration, absolute & incremental programming, feed rate override.
