CMS NC-PF 102 CNC ROUTER (TWIN TABLE & MULTI SPINDLE)

Specifications: (2) 59" x 59" Moving tables, "Lignostone" table surface with (2) vacuum zones, tables are machined with a 30 mm x 30 mm grid with threaded bushings in a 150 mm grid for use with clamps and fixtures, can be locked together to form a 59" x 123" single table. Extra Heavy Duty fixed gantry bridge, X-axis travel = 137.8", Y-axis = 60.6", and Z-axis = 9.8".

Equipped with: (1) 10 HP Electro spindles Turret Head with RH/LH programmable rotation, spindle speeds of 1,000 to 18,000 RPM, ea. powered by a 15 KVA inverter, variable spindle spacing with LED readout for positioning, router has 8-position carousel type ATC allowing "on-the-fly" tool changes, equipped with a drilling aggregate composed of (7) drills in the X-axis and (6) drills in the Y-axis, programmable 4th axis with 360° rotation, closed-loop AC Servo drive system with precision ground ball screws for positioning, 1,181 IPM max. positioning feed rate on X- and Y-axis, all axes ride on extra-large THK precision contour linear guideways.

ALLEN BRADLEY "8601" Series computer control system, built into the free-standing control console, featuring: (3) Axes simultaneous control, 9" high-resolution CRT, RS-232 port, handheld controller, inch/metric operation, and feed rate & spindle speed override.

Complete with: (2) 10 HP Vacuum pumps, generating 100 CBM/Hr. ea., and (16) ISO 30 toolholders.
