Equipped with: (1) 16 HP, fan cooled Yaskawa, "HSK-63F or ISO BT-30" type ATC spindle, variable spindle speed from 6,000 - 24,000 RPM, with a 12-station tool carousel. BENZ Boring Head, (21) Vertical Spindles on 32 mm Centers. All axes: Ride on THK linear guide ways, closed-loop AC Servo motors drive precision pre-loaded ball screws for positioning tolerances of 0.001"; rapid traverse rates of 3,150 IPM. - Automatic lubrication system to service all ball screw & way bearings. Control: GE/FANUC "210-I" Control with WINDOWS PC Front-end, 10.4" high resolution color CRT, (3) axes simultaneous control, linear & circular interpolation; network compatible, RS-232 port, and hand held controller.
