HENDRICK USA-50 SINUC CNC Cross Cut Panel Saw

Equipped with: SINUC 3000 Cut Controller; Standard Cut Width: 53"; full 3" cut height for stacking material.

14" Main blade (3,500 RPM); 6" scoring blade (5,000 RPM); 10 HP TEFC main saw blade motor.

Saw carriage traverse speeds are variable by inverter; uses unique dual THK linear rectangular ways for added rigidity and accuracy at the cut line.

Complete with: Automatic Lubrication System on THK rail for pusher drive; full-length pneumatic hold-down bar for accuracy and increased dust collection efficiency.

Includes: (2) Adjustable Flip Stops; (3) 4" ports for max. dust collection; safety shield; safety bar on both front and rear of the hold-down bar; E-Stop Button on each support table; push button for cycle start; saw cover with air cylinder lock with time delay; dual channel safety relay.

PC Controller accepts 3rd party saw optimization and cut programs.

Input Table: 174” x 54” x 51” w/ Fence; Output Table: 33 ½” x 94 ½” x 38”.
