Description:

SCM SUPERSET 23 XL Feed Through Moulder;

5-Head (B-R-L-T-B), working cap. 9-1/16" x 4-3/4".

Head sequence: Bottom 12 HP (new bearings installed), right/left 12 HP, top 17.4 HP and bottom 12 HP motor. Includes spindle brakes.

Spindle: Dia. 1-13/16" with cutterhead speed at 6,000 RPM. SCMI RAPID "Set Up" setting system for left and top vertical heads to accommodate width and height tool measurements. All spindles with mechanical digital readouts for height and width adjustments. Digital readout for chipbreaker and pressure element top spindle.

Feed: Variable feed drive 4.8 HP with feed speed from 13 - 79 FPM.

Tables: Infeed 2 M (6'6") with manual table lubrication pump. Central lubrication. Side pressure roller mounted to infeed table. Lighted safety enclosure.
