Description:
Feed Through Rotating Drum Style 180 Degree Panel Flipper: 

Part size maximum 36" wide x 96" long.

Specifications:


  • (2) 1 HP chain drive & gear box motors for the in-feed & out-feed belts;
  • (1) 2 HP Baldor Super E motor with gear reduction for the barrel rotation. 
  •  Unit rotates 360° via electric motor; positive limit stop at 180° intervals; top & bottom powered belt clamping & feed-thru extraction of the flipped panel. 

    Operating System:
  • AB SOC 5-04 PLC with (2) Saftronics AC drives. 

    Note:
    ● This unit came out of a production line so will require some control work done to function in your system. 
    ● Unit was previously used in a panel sanding line.
