CNC Controlled (4) Axis Lathe with spiral/fluting capability.Specifications & Features:Manually fed with automatic centering arms, 2,500 mm (98-1/2") max. between centers; max. turning dia. 300 mm (11.8") and 210 mm (8.3") x 210 mm (8.3") for square billets. Machining system with (2) transverse CNC servo driven knife heads A - & X-Axes, (2) auto retract steady rests, (1) R3.5 mm knife, (1) R0.6 mm knife, (1) each headstock & tailstock, and (2) rear form tool holders (back knives).Carriage rides on precision hardened & ground linear bearings. Servo-driven large high precision ball-screw ensures accurate and smooth machining; one piece heavy duty cast iron - vibration free frame.
