TIMESAVERS 2331-04-334 ORBITAL SANDER - 3-HEAD 43"

(2) Orbital heads and (1) Brush head.

Specifications and Equipped with:

1st and 2nd Orbital heads, with (1) 7" wide platen each for a total of (2) platens.
Each platen features "dual action", combined high-speed orbit with back & forth oscillation to remove cross-grain scratches.
Quick change abrasive platens, (2) 5 HP oscillation motors.
3rd Head: Outfeed denibbing brush, 10" dia. with single end hand wheel height adjustment, 2 HP motor.
Conveyor belt feed with variable feed speed 5 - 20 FPM, vacuum bed assembly with 15 HP suction fan, infeed and outfeed rubber covered hold-downs.
Motorized thickness adjustment with automatic part thickness set-up, 0" to 6" opening with LED readout.
Feed speed indicator, 24" infeed loading area, and controls mounted on the door side; requires 3,100 CFM for dust extraction.
