OPTI-SAND R52V Rotary Brush Sander

1-Head, 52" max. width cap., 0" - 5" max. part thickness opening;

Designed to finish sand & sealer sand work pieces such as raised panel cabinet doors, entry doors, louvers, shutters, etc.

Equipped with:

(1) Carousel head with (4) rotating arbors mounted on a central rotating deck assembly, carousel deck rotation from 4 to 24 RPM.
Front & rear spindles 7" dia. x 42" long, (2) center spindles 7" dia. x 57" long; 60 - 600 RPM Spindle speed with inverter control.
Feed system with vacuum conveyor belt feed, variable feed speed from 4 - 44 FPM, 2 HP feed drive; 10 HP vacuum pump motor.
Touch Screen Control Panel: Spindle speeds, head rotation speeds, and conveyor speeds; all inverter controlled with infinite knob adjustment and digital readouts; work piece height is push button adjusted with digital readout.

Complete with: Sound enclosure, (4) easy access doors, and (4) dust collection outlets of 8" dia. each.
