Compact Edgebander

  • Edgebander can handle panel thicknesses of 8 mm to 45 mm (0.31" - 1.77")

  • Coil feed accepts Edgebanding from 0.4 mm to 2 mm (0.02" - 0.08") Thick, Strip material can be hand-fed

  • Minimum part length 210 mm (8.27"), Minimum part width 95 mm (3.74")

  • Feed speeds 3 - 7 MPM (10 - 22 FPM)

  • Large capacity Teflon-coated glue pot, PLC Control has thermostatic glue control with Automatic stand-by & Temperature display

  • Feed chain pads, with Replaceable rubberized surface inserts

  •  Rubberized hold-down rollers, with Ball bearings for low friction & long life


    WORKSTATIONS:

  •  Pneumatically operated guillotine, with 2 mm (0.08") Maximum banding thickness, Spring loaded pressure rollers
