The BIESSE "AKRON 855" is an Industrial Single-sided Edgebander, (LH) left-hand material infeed for strips & coiled edge material like PVC, ABS, veneer, and solid wood. Edge & Workpiece Capacity: 0.4 - 22 mm (0.016 - 0.86") Edge; 10 - 60 mm (0.39 - 2.36") panel thickness; 140 mm (5-1/2") min. panel length, and 85 mm (3.3") min. width. Sizing section equipped with: Infrared heating lamp "IRL-700", Pre-milling Unit, FL-701 - W 1800 rectifies the face that has to be edged before applying the glue; includes horizontal & vertical movement of the (2) motors on linear guides; independent automatic temporized intervention of the (2) motors, independent copying pads on each unit with manual adjustment & mechanical digital indicator. Includes Auto-Set device to ensure optimum positioning of the cutters according to the thickness of the panel being machine; (2) 3.5 kW motors (4.75 HP). Front-end equipped with: Kit for NC controlled adjustable infeed fence, 4-position revolver, NC controlled 4-position revolver on the 1st copying pad of the pre-milling unit, "VC-710" edge feeding, gluing & pressing unit with automatic edge magazine for strip & coil stock; 3 mm PVC guillotine. 	Processing Fee	Buyer agrees that all transactions are subject to a $ 25 Processing Fee for all items purchased on the same calendar day in the same auction event.


	Payment	Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 3rd business day following the receipt of Invoice.
