100" Wide x 50" high x 24" deep clamping cap. and built with a Heavy wall steel frame construction. - Super "easy & quick" manual positioning of vertical side pressure carriage and top pressure beam. Push button release, pneumatic locking & "counterbalanced" movement of horizontal top pressure beam; vertical side pressure carriage with single lever release & lock, locks in place with (4) air cylinders and rides on bearings for quick & easy positioning.Vertical & horizontal pressure beam equipped with: (5) Adjustable "dual" ram air pod pressure shoes (three on the top horizontal beam & two on the side vertical beam), 3-1/2" clamping stroke; features individual air pod selection.Independent controls for top & side pressure & timer for clamping cycle; solid bottom & back support for any size case, air flow pressure controls & pressure gauges built into traveling vertical carriage (always close to the operator).
