Description:

ACCU-SYSTEMS VX-SERIES: Machining Center with Routing & 32 mm Boring for Line, Construction & Hardware.
MACHINE CONFIGURATION: Fixed Bridge Type, dual-shuttle table (front to back). The frontside of the bridge has a router spindle, the backside has a large (segmented) line drilling head; X-axis, Y-axis are rack & pinion driven, Z-axis is ball screw driven.

All guideways have THK type linear bearing systems. X-, Y- & Z-Axis are CNC controlled, router and drill head tool plate have a separate Z-axis drive.
Specifications & Capacity

Working Capacity: X-Axis is 96", Y-axis is 36".(2) 60 x 48" Shuttle tables or (1) 120" x 48" (electronically locked together) single-table; total of (8) support rails, (4) per table.

Rails are moveable in X-axis (side-to-side) @ push button activated, pneumatic lock/unlock function.

Each support rail is equipped with an incremental adjustable horizontal push clamp in Y-axis (front-to-back) clamping workpiece against a solid fixed backstop.

Material thickness max. of 3", stackable parts capability for increased production output.

Routing: (1) High torque 5.5 HP COLUMBO, collet type high frequency 24,000 RPM, programmable router spindle.
