Overtime |
If a bid is made during the final (5) minutes of the item's scheduled time in the auction, the auction clock will be reset to (5) minutes until ALL bidding ceases. |

|
Currency |
All bidding is in US-Dollars; payment must be in US-Currency. CDN Bidders and Buyers, will also be charged the applicable sales taxes such as GST, PST, and HST for Canadian Auction Events. |

|
Processing Fee |
Buyer agrees that all transactions are subject to a $ 25 Processing Fee for all items purchased on the same calendar day in the same auction event. |

Payment |
Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check or Wire Transfer to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 3rd business day following the receipt of Invoice. |

Inspection |
Offered equipment is available for inspection by appointment with a minimum of (36) hours notice unless otherwise stated. |
