Description:

MEREEN JOHNSON "640" - 48" max. motorized opening with DURANT LED counter, 4-5/16" outside to outside of feed chains, 6" max. part thickness opening, 48" infeed load area in front of hold downs. width x 1/4" to 1-1/2" max. part thickness when using hopper. Each side equipped with: 1st station: Trim/hog saws, 10 HP - 3,600 RPM motor; Front 2nd station: trim/hog saws, 10 HP - 3,600 RPM motor. 2nd Station: High speed stackable cope head, 10 HP - 3,600 RPM belt drive motor to 6,000 RPM spindle speed, 1-13/16" dia. x 12" long arbor. 3rd station front: tilting universal head, 7.5 HP - 3,600 RPM motor, 2-3/16" dia. 7" long arbor. PLC controlled height adjustment with keypad and LED readout on main control console.
