Description:

HOMAG SAWTECH OPTIMAT CHF 325 CNC Panel Saw.

Cutting length: 3,800 mm (144"), pusher stroke 3,800 mm (144"), 72 mm (2-7/8")" max blade projection with 350 mm (13.7") dia. blade.

12 HP (9.2 kW) Main & 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) scoring motor, 4,750 RPM main blade & 5,100 RPM scoring blade.

Equipped with: Saw carriage travel of 0 - 197 FPM (0 - 60 MPM) & return speed of 197 FPM (60 MPM), powered by electronically controlled AC inverter drive; quick blade changes facilitated by large acess door & "Power-Lock" quick release system.

Automatic cutting height in 5 mm increments via sensor in the pressure beam, automatic cutting length controlled by optical sensor, which detects the blade is through the cut; automatic programmable grooving to a height of 30 mm.

Programmable pusher fence with (6) material grippers; 0 - 82 FPM (0 - 25 MPM) forward speed & 82 FPM return speed, AC inverter driven, center-mounted Servo motor with rack & pinion system; precision assured through dust & friction free no-contact magnetic measuring system.

The CHF 325 PC Controller with: WINDOWS XP Operating system, 2.39 GHz/256 KB, with 256 MB ram, 40 GB hard drive; "PC-Connectivity" software; 56 kb modem; 15" Full color graphics monitor, optical mouse & standard keyboard for data entry.

On-board basic "Easy Cut" optimizer organizes up to (15) pieces from (3) different materials; ability to upgrade to remote optimizing system and/or label printer.

Complete with: (3) Air floatation tables 23" x 72" (individually selectable), with a common blower and front loading rollers each table; 4" - 51" stroke automatic dual side aligner holds strips against right angle fence; safety curtain & safety bar cover blade cutting line w/saw blade.
