ACCU-SYSTEMS HPJ CNC BORE, GLUE & DOWEL INSERTER:

Specifications:
(4) Working zones and a table length of 104"; CNC controlled head assembly with rapid (side-to-side) traverse, assembly with (1) boring, gluing & insertion unit with a 2 HP - 3,500 RPM drill motor, head is currently set up for 8 mm dia dowels.

Max. dowel length 1.562" (40 mm); up to 1.125" (28.5 mm) material thickness with digital readout for height adjustment.

Clamping System:
(8) Pneumatic dual functioning (for horizontal & vertical drilling capability) hold-down clamps, function selector control for boring only or doweling, adjustable drilling speed.

Operator & Machine Control:
NC "Color Touch Screen" control, ALLIMAC "Advantech" for function and part programming & program storage; Windows based PC.

Complete with:
(1) 18" Dia. vibratory feed hopper, totally sealed electronically metered glue system with 1-button flushing, 100 PSI high power glue pump, 2-1/2-gal. glue tank.

Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.
