	Overtime	If a bid is made during the final (5) minutes of the item's scheduled time in the auction, the auction clock will be reset to (5) minutes until ALL bidding ceases.

	Buyer's Premium	Buyer agrees to pay EXFA a 12.5% Buyer’s Premium for each successful high bid purchase. In the event the Buyer elects to pay using a Credit Card rather than Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Company Check, Buyer will be charged a 3% Administrative Fee.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.

Buyer Self-Load	The Buyer will have to load the lot himself. The item will be loaded by the Buyer, including unhooking the item, disconnecting from electric, compressed air and dust collection where applicable, and loading the item onto a truck or trailer. If necessary, you will need to supply or bring your own labor to load the item for transport or make the appropriate arrangements for someone else to load the item.
